One-on-one Coaching:

Personalized support through a powerful program of coaching sessions geared to the needs of the individual.

The Process:

  • Having defined 3 main goals that raise your motivation, an agreement is made for a series of sessions. A typical program would be 12 one-hour sessions over 3 months.
  • A questionnaire is then completed to give the coach a broader and deeper view of the aims. A monthly checklist charts the client’s progress.
  • The program is designed to suit the client’s needs, so the frequency can be adjusted during the process.
  • To maximize the benefit of coaching time, context is agreed at the beginning of each session.
  • Discussions during the coaching sessions remain confidential and in a apce of no judgement.
