Elisabeth Legrain's bio

Elisabeth Legrain, Managing Director of Banksia Coaching International,possesses a broad range of skill sets, competencies and experiences unique in the business world. Elisabeth’s professional career as an IT engineer included training (skills transfer) teams in implementation of complex new systems and project management roles in multinational companies in France, Germany, South Korea, Australia and Japan, including participation in the EU-Japan Centre’s program for industrial cooperation.

As a mother and wife living in different Asian-Pacific countries over 18 years, Elisabeth has courageously and successfully guided her family through changes in language and culture ensuring relevant adjustment while maintaining the self-actualization.

Elisabeth is now an ICF Associate Certified Professional Coach, having trained with Results Coaching Systems, which is based in Australia and US and a pioneer in the coach industry. With over 250 hours of coaching experience in both English and French languages, CSAI (Intercultural Intelligence assessment tool) qualified, Elisabeth has facilitated client achievements in entrepreneurship, life career transition, adjustment to new culture environment (re-inventing themselves in the midst of new challenges), creating a compelling environment to develop their leadership skills while ensuring a life balance.

Elisabeth, the entrepreneur, is putting her corporate and multicultural experience at the service of organizations with the coaching approach. Having encountered different career cycles along with the adjustments that life demanded, it is the totality of her practices Elisabeth brings to bear on behalf of her clients: the open mind and commitment to support changes with a strong background of flexibility to work in different cultural environment and willingness to facilitate clients to act on their best ideas in order to transform their vision into a momentum.
